MEET THE BOARD

Georgia VanDerwater is an artist, writer and avid reader originally from Buffalo, NY, but currently living and working in Salt Lake City, Utah. Prior to joining Bring Me a Book, Georgia worked as a Writing Tutor and Teaching Assistant at State University of New York at Geneseo while earning her Bachelor of Arts in English Literature.

Following her graduation with honors from SUNY Geneseo’s Department of English, Georgia has taken on a full-time role as Bring Me a Book’s Operations and Communications Manager, working with the Executive Director and board to develop strategy to optimize the efficiency of BMAB’s work, and strengthen BMAB’s brand identity.
